Processing and delivery
Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. The majority of my items are in stock and I aim to dispatch within 3 working days, I’ll do my best to meet these dispatch estimates, but can’t guarantee them. For any commissions or personalised/ made to order items, manufacturing and dispatch times will be discussed prior to the any orders being taken.
Delivery times
Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery method you choose but here are some guidelines.
United Kingdom: 1-10 business days
Europe: 5-20 business days
United States: 10-20 business days
Canada: 10-30 business days
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply within the destination country. Please note I’m not responsible for delays due to customs within the destination country.
Returns & exchanges
If you wish to return an item please contact me within 14 days of delivery – please note returns will not be accepted unless you have contacted me first.
Return items back within: 28 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
